About us
Homebly builds SIP-panel houses in Romania — from design to the keys in your hand, with no middlemen between the factory and the client. Behind it are 19 years of experience and more than 510 houses built; we have been building in Romania since 2023 and have built 35 houses here.
Our own factory
The panels and parts of our houses are produced at our own factory in Baia Mare, Maramureș County. We control every panel — from OSB cutting to insulation density — which is why we stand behind the timeline and the quality of the panels.
Why no middlemen
There are no resellers or brokerage markups between the factory and your house. The estimate is fixed at the consultation, and in Romania assembly is done by our own crews, not random subcontractors, so the 10-year warranty on its structural integrity is ours. Outside Romania the warranty comes from the local contractor who assembles the house.
Our own designs and rights
Every design in the catalogue is our own work: floor plans, structural details, and engineering solutions belong to us, so we can adapt them to your plot and needs instead of just selling a generic PDF with no support.
Factory and paperwork
Our factory is in Baia Mare, Maramureș County, and you can visit it before signing. The contract and the invoice come from the manufacturing company: its legal name and registration details are stated in the offer and on the VAT invoice.
