Our own factory

Shell kits are produced at our own factory in Brașov County. We control every panel — from OSB cutting to insulation density — which is why we stand behind the timeline and quality of assembly.

Why no middlemen

There are no resellers or brokerage markups between the factory and your house. The estimate is fixed at the consultation, and assembly is done by our own crews, not random subcontractors.

Our own designs and rights

Every design in the catalogue is our own work: floor plans, structural details, and engineering solutions belong to us, so we can adapt them to your plot and needs instead of just selling a generic PDF with no support.
