Public offer

1. Subject of the offer

This document is a public offer (within the meaning of art. 1188 of the Romanian Civil Code and applicable EU law) made by Homebly (the manufacturing company’s legal name and registration details are stated in the offer and on the invoice) to any legally capable person who reviews the terms of this offer, for: (a) consultations on house designs and SIP technology; (b) provision of design documentation and house plans; (c) production of the house kit, assembly of the shell and turnkey construction under a separate works contract.

2. Acceptance

Paying for a consultation, signing a design/construction contract, or paying a deposit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for consultations, designs, and construction are shown on the site in euros and may carry the note “final price is fixed after a consultation” — the final cost is set in an individual contract after the consultation and is not a binding offer until signed.

The price is fixed upon payment of a deposit of at least 10% of the price. The house kit is paid in two equal instalments: 50% before production starts (the deposit already paid counts toward it) and 50% when the kit is ready for shipment. Assembly and finishing works are paid in stages, as set out in the contract.

4. Timelines

The kit is indicatively ready about 6 weeks from the deposit, subject to the order queue (up to 8 weeks if the design is adapted), the assembly time for the shell structure is 1–2 weeks, and turnkey construction takes up to 6 months from the deposit and receipt of all required permits; exact timelines are set in the contract and depend on the design, plot, and weather.

5. Rights to the designs

Design documentation (PDFs, drawings, floor plans) is Homebly's intellectual property and is provided to the client solely for building the specific property; passing it to third parties or publishing it without written consent is not permitted.

6. Refunds

Terms for refunding amounts paid for consultations, for design documentation and under the house contract (including the 10% deposit) are set out separately in the “Refund policy”.

7. Liability and force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.

8. Governing law

Romanian law applies to the relationship between the parties, unless the contract states otherwise.
