Public offer

1. Subject of the offer

This document is a public offer (within the meaning of art. 1188 of the Romanian Civil Code and applicable EU law) made by Homebly (company details are being finalized — see the “About us” page) to any legally capable person who reviews the terms of this offer, for: (a) consultations on house designs and SIP technology; (b) provision of design documentation and house plans; (c) organizing production of shell kits and turnkey construction under a separate works contract.

2. Acceptance

Paying for a consultation, signing a design/construction contract, or paying a deposit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

3. Prices

Prices for consultations, designs, and construction are shown on the site in euros and may carry the note “final price is fixed after a consultation” — the final cost is set in an individual contract after the consultation and is not a binding offer until signed.

4. Timelines

The indicative assembly time for the shell structure is 2–4 weeks, and turnkey construction takes up to 3 months from the deposit and receipt of all required permits; exact timelines are set in the contract and depend on the design, plot, and weather.

5. Rights to the designs

Design documentation (PDFs, drawings, floor plans) is Homebly's intellectual property and is provided to the client solely for building the specific property; passing it to third parties or publishing it without written consent is not permitted.

6. Refunds

Terms for refunding amounts paid for consultations and design documentation are set out separately in the “Refund policy”.

7. Liability and force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.

8. Governing law

Romanian law applies to the relationship between the parties, unless the contract states otherwise.
