Where we deliver
Across Romania, with our own assembly teams. The factory is 70 km from the Hungarian border, so for Hungarian clients the trip is short — Lake Balaton is about 550 km away.
For sites elsewhere in the EU we agree in the offer one of two options: a full assembly team from Baia Mare, or a supervising engineer working with a local crew.
What arrives on site
- The SIP panels cut in the factory to your design: exterior walls, load-bearing interior walls, floors
- The roof — rafters and covering — and the exterior joinery: windows and doors
- The execution documentation the assembly team works from
- For the turnkey version: installations, additional insulation, finishes, interior joinery, the basic bathroom and kitchen
How it goes, step by step

Consultation: the plot, the design, the finishing level — after it you get a fixed price for the whole job.

Contract and deposit; the technical documentation, adapted to your urban planning certificate, goes into the permit file.

Kit production: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, in parallel with the permit.

Foundation: strip, included in the price; screw piles or a slab if the plot requires them.

Transport from Baia Mare, quoted in the offer by distance, and assembly of the structure — usually within days.

Handover: closed shell, ready for your own works, or turnkey — in at most 3 months from deposit and permits.
What the plot must provide
- Access for a truck and a crane up to the building spot
- An urban planning certificate and, by the time of assembly, the building permit
- A geotechnical study — it decides the foundation
- Utilities within reasonable distance: water, power and sewage connections are done with local providers and are not in the price
What transport costs
Transport of the kit is quoted in the offer by the distance from Baia Mare to your plot, together with the assembly — there is no tariff that only appears at the end. Utility connections depend on the distance to the network and are done with local providers.
